Miami, Florida, February 16, 2012 – – Casa Vinicola Zonin USA will launch the exclusive “Italian Culinary Experience” in Miami, FL. This special 2-hour event will take place for the very first time on February 21 at the Miami Culinary Institute and will be held on a monthly basis.

The Italian Culinary Experience will include cooking demonstrations and wine tastings, as well as panel discussions by world-class chefs and wine experts. Its uniqueness is represented by the fact that a different Italian region will be picked each month of the year, thus giving attendees the opportunity of experiencing a comprehensive food & wine tour of Italy.

For the month of February, Casa Vinicola Zonin USA will introduce Piedmont’s Castello del Poggio noble estate as special feature. The following wines will be showcased: Zonin ProseccoDolcettoBarbera d’AstiBarolo and Moscato d’Asti.

Miami, Florida, February 9, 2012 – – Casa Vinicola Zonin will take part in the “Tre Bicchieri USA Tour 2012”. This coast-to-coast event, presented by Gambero Rosso (the most famous Italian Food & Wine portal and accredited guide), will take place on February 15, 17 and 21, 2012.

During this special event, Casa Vinicola Zonin will showcase the following Tre Bicchieri award-winning wines from Tuscany estates Castello d’Albola and Rocca di Montemassi:

In addition, these other award-winning wines will also be poured: Castello d’Albola Chianti Classico DOCG, Rocca di Montemassi Calasole Vermentino and Rocca di Montemassi Sassabruna Supertuscan.

The “Tre Bicchieri USA Tour 2012” will start after presenting its premium group of award winners to the world. This year – from over 20,000 wines tasted by Gambero Rosso panels – only 375 labels attained that status. Therefore, only producers of a label that achieved Vini d’Italia’s highest category (i.e. Tre Bicchieri), will take part in it.
