Castello del Poggio Moscato D’Asti DOCG, a sweet and well-balanced wine with refined fruitiness – wins the most notable award, Sweepstakes winner. Judging- led by Chief Judge Dan Berger, Syndicated Wine Columnist and Publisher of Dan Berger’s Vintage Experiences, selects the panel of exemplary judges from a pool of winemakers, educators and recognized wine connoisseurs to name a few. The Long Beach Grand Cru International Wine Competition is the primary fundraising vehicle for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. The Foundation provides legal support, educational and community outreach programs for low-income citizens who meet Federal poverty guidelines.
