VINIFICATION
The grapes are machine harvested, gently crushed, de-stemmed and aged in the traditional stainless steel tanks. The contact of the must with the skins imparts the wine's intense ruby-red color.

Lively, showing fresh raspberry, plum, and dark cherry with notes of lavender, sage, and sweet tobacco
